How far in advance should I book?+
Most slots open 4 weeks out. Peak (Tue–Thu evenings) goes fastest, book 2 weeks ahead to be safe. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, WhatsApp us.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Every booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit. You can reschedule free up to 48hr before your session. Inside 48hr, the deposit is held. No-shows forfeit the deposit and any remaining balance may still be due.
Can I bring my own equipment?+
Yes. Bring whatever you need, extra mics, props, lights. Our crew will help you integrate it with our setup.
Do you offer hair and makeup?+
Not in-house, but we have trusted artists on speed-dial. Add it to your booking notes and we'll arrange a quote.
How quickly will I get my footage?+
Raw footage is delivered same day via WeTransfer. Edited content turnaround is 48hr for podcast/short edits, 5 working days for full talking-head edits with b-roll.
Can I extend my session on the day?+
If the studio is free, yes. We charge the same hourly rate as your tier, billed on confirmation.
Do you do outside shoots?+
Yes. On-location, multi-day campaigns, events. WhatsApp us and we'll scope it quickly.
Do you offer discounts for bulk bookings?+
Yes, see our volume packages on the menu, or DM for custom retainer pricing.
